About
M.C. Hendrick lives and writes in Texas. His work is shaped by a life rooted in Texas High Plains grit; football, oil, and cattle.
He has lived in multiple states, traveled coast to coast and internationally and has a wide range of experiences: golf course maintenance, industrial construction, training with a semi-professional football team, cemetery caretaking, chemical engineering consulting, hospital chaplaincy, ranch operation, and managing a mixed animal veterinary clinic.
A husband for over 25 years, and father of two grown children, librarian and firefighter/paramedic, Hendrick brings to his writing a respect for hard work, faith, land, resilience, and the Texas way of life.
